Ms. Hostetter holds Master of Arts (MA) and Education Specialist (EdS) degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. She has been practicing as a Resident in Counseling since September 2025 when she began working under Dr. Shepard’s supervision. 

Brook has experience with clients of all ages, and currently works with adolescents and adults. She has worked with a myriad of issues, including trauma, grief, life transitions, depression, and anxiety. Brook is bilingual and plans to provide counseling in Spanish soon.
