Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bridgewater College and graduated with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University in December 2025.

Kayla believes that therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, supported, and comfortable being themselves. She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Using a person-centered approach, she meets each client where they are and works alongside them to navigate life's challenges, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change.

Kayla has experience working with children and adolescents and enjoys working with clients of all ages as they pursue growth, healing, and their personal goals. She has worked with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, women's issues, depression, and life transitions.

Outside of the office, you can usually find Kayla curled up with a good book, writing, or crocheting something cozy.
